Mobile Doctor Fees

Physician Room Service provides mobile doctor services to the Orlando tourist attractions area only.  If you are unsure where we provide mobile doctor services, please see our coverage area. If you are not located in these specific areas, there may be an additional charge for travel outside of our service area.  This page includes a complete list of our on-site hotel doctor fees.

Initial doctor visit is $249 during normal daytime hours. (8am – 5pm EDT)
Follow-up doctor visits, if necessary are $199. (8am – 5pm EDT)
Add $50 if after hours (5pm-8am EDT) – we have to pay doctors more to get them out at night

Additional mobile doctor fees include:

  • Travel time for outside the coverage area (see above)
  • Hotel doctor visits after hours (5pm to 8am)
  • In-room tests
  • No charge to write a prescription unless we also fill the prescription for you, then we charge for the prescription that is filled.

In-Room Tests                                  

Optional, performed by physician during visit, with results in a few minutes:

  • $0 for pulse oximetry
  • $10 for dipstick urinalysis
  • $20 for rapid Strep test
  • $20 for rapid Flu A test
  • $20 for rapid Flu B test

Medications/Prescriptions

There is no fee if your mobile doctor writes a prescription.  If you need a prescription, the doctor can write it as part of your doctor visit.  However, if you want the doctor to dispense an available prescription medication in the room during the visit, there is a fee depending on the medication.

Most prescription and non-prescription medications can also be delivered to several Orlando tourist area hotels within a few hours (visit www.TurnerDrug.com for locations, hours, delivery fees and more details).

Prescriptions can also be written or called in by physician, and picked up at any pharmacy in the area.

In most cases you can speak directly to one our house call doctors by calling 407-238-2000  (click to call if on a cell phone)  If our doctors are on a call or serving other patients, you may be routed to our voice-mail service, where you can leave a detailed message, and one of our on-call doctors will call you back within a few minutes to serve you.
